I have a question about Skinny Palmer, when I added him to my town his quest line didn't start, has anyone else had that?

(If City Hall can count as one item count the same as a green square hedge, The determination of how they define an "item" is obviously not a case of visual complexity) I'm sure there are a lot more items than those listed above, which could also have new combined versions. It would sure help me. ;)

Update is in the app store. You have to search for it, though.

It will start later as you progress through the main quest.
