I think I'm about equal with your luck, except instead of the lizards I have the useless flying rabbit, I don't have any topiarys yet but I do have the restaurant. I'm blue BTW!

I have two towns and all I have left is Johnny Fiesta's in one of them. I still don't have Bart's pet lizards or the two characters in the gold box.
