I visit my friends every day. I only have handshakes in my springfield. Once I had one in Krusryland. I'm not sure the handshakes are working in Krustyland. Also, another thing to consider is if your friend finds a ticket at the entrance, you can go in and out 3 times and collect. You will never see 3 handshakes over one item. Because of this glitch, that's what a lot of people are doing. About a third of my friends I can do that with. So I wouldn't delete yet. By the way to my friends in this thread, I do visit each day and at least two of you, I can use this glitch to get 3 tickets. I don't remember who for sure. If my neighbors can do that, I say go for it. 8)

I'm another who only "travels" about once or twice a week. I've noticed a few friends regularly visiting my town, but I've also noticed that the majority of my friends either don't bother or I'm just listed farther down their list than they're able to get to in their timeframe. It doesn't bother me at all.

Majority of the time when I visit my friends, I look for the longer-timed buildings first, and try to tap on some of the longer-timed ones, although every once in a while I'll clean up some graffiti to help keep my Righteousness up.

I've gotten rid of the house farmers, the ones who just throw stuff wherever they can find the space, and the ones who are clearly inactive (dying corn, every single object that can be tapped is always available for tapping, no KrustyLand and/or no SquidPort when they're at the level to start, etc.).

I'm picky enough to not want friends who just choose to do nothing, but I try to be fair enough that, even if someone doesn't have the nicest layout/design, I put stock in the fact that they at least have the DESIRE to do something with what they have.

I've "stolen"/"borrowed" (whichever your perspective is; it's all the same in the end) various ideas I've seen from friends and various sites (possibly including this one)...I'm not ashamed. I'm not the most creative person in the world, but I know something I like when I see it. :)

I'm not your friend, but did just send you a friend request. I just cleared out some neighbors that appeared not to be playing much. It is time consuming visiting friends and I prefer older players who take some time in their towns. :) However, as others stated, it's not always easy to visit as it takes up time. I tend to visit those who visit me.

I visit all my friends everyday. I also have a second town created during whacking day to help with the eggs.

I have not seen a single handshake in either of my towns. Maybe they're too small right now? (I'm not speeding anything up.)

So I figure if I collect 2 tickets in a friends town, I then collect the 3rd in their SF just so they know I visited.

I'm also crashing a lot while visiting. Yesterday, I deleted the game and reloaded twice because of the frozen screen. Today - there have been a lot of crashes, but no frozen screen yet.

I have some regular friends who visit. And I try to visit daily if I can. I love to try visiting in the morning but if I'm working I visit layering the nite.

I was wondering does krustyland get the handshakes also if friends visit? I haven't noticed any when I check my KL

I visit my friends 5-6 times a week normally. Have been since Android got the ability to do so. I know my friends towns well enough that before KL I was able to hit all 100 in about 50 minutes. Now it is taking longer as I go to the KL to try and get tickets.

Before the update I assumed that I was getting visited by the same 6 or so people. In fact I am being visited but many more including people whose towns have hardly leveled up in weeks and I assumed had stopped playing. It maybe that KL has encouraged them to start playing again.

What I find interesting is that 5 people have taken me off their lists. I'm not really sure why. I try and click buildings with a 4-12 hour recharge so that they may get an extra payout during the day. I've looked at 101 different strategies for clicking and decided that whatever you do is going to work for some players and not others. What really amused me was one player who removed me had grown corn and I was refreshing that daily as it looked like they had stopped playing... maybe he liked his town with dead corn?

Oops gotta go Homers moaning that people have finished tasks... Am I a player of the game or is the game playing me?
