What about Jub-Jub? Even a desert animal has to be thirsty once in a while.

I think their logic is that Plopper is a full-fledged character with a full task list, so he kind of counts as a person. Stampy and Mr. Teeny and Jub-Jub only have 1-2 tasks each, so they're not the same.
