Another update soon?

Going off of the recent update pattern, we'll probably get it with the takedown update for this event. We seem to get new stuff the same day old stuff finishes.

There was also a recent bit of dialog that pointed to Springfield Heights phase 3 in the "Fall of 2016" IIRC.
