being as how the update happened roughly an hour ago, how can we prove that in the past hour the game has been crashing like crazy? either way theres no noticeable difference other Gils christmas tree balloon being gone (which mine was showing a double speech bubble, not sure if anyone else had that or not).

Every since the Christmas update, my game crashes almost constantly.

Click on a character or a building and it's like playing Russian Roulette - you never know if it's gonna go "BANG!" (but it's just a matter of time before it does).

I keep hoping these updates will fix the problem, but they never do.

You speculated that the update added stability. It didn't.

My game crashed twice when I was collecting some money from houses.

Two crashes in the span of about three minutes (including the time it took to load the game after the first crash) kind of suggests to me that the update did nothing to address game stability.

But as always, your results may vary.

(As for Gill, I have no idea about him as he's not slumming in my town. I bought Santa's Village the first day, so there's no need for him to be hawking the deal to me.)
