Anyone else unable to place their squidport tiles?!
Just checked my 400 tiles in storage and I am in the same boat as you. Same messages and storage shows as having 4oo there but it's locked and says ( null).

I had 84 tiles in storage and I've just bought 2 plots and laid the tiles with no problem, it's probably because you have so many tiles over the limit.
