Anyone not really crafting?

i'm not crafting. nothing worth crafting just to put crap in storage
  • There is nothing worth crafting. I've not crafted anything throughout the event unless the game forced me to.

What's the harm in grabbing a bunch of biohazard walls? Never know when you might need them.

Yeah, that's probably what I'll end up doing tonight. I just have no use for them right now so they're not exactly exciting. Plus they don't connect at the corners, which is beyond annoying.
  • I have over 10,000 of each currency left. I've crafted spooky walls for the bump. I'd like to craft more biohazard walls and balloons and such, but the crafting mechanism is such a royal pain in my shiny metal a$$ (sorry, I was just reading the Bender thread). I EA chose to design a crafting process with so many steps just to craft one item is beyond me. Either really, really, really poor design, or they didn't want us crafting a lot of items for some reason

Oh nooooo! So very not true! My favorite item this year was most definitely the spooky grove. LOVE the way the trees stir and eyes light up when tapped. The Halloween balloons are super festive, and I've crafted many of both. I've crafted many spooky walls, bio hazard walls & towers, and a few extra pumpkins and spooky trees. I found myself to be sorry at a later date when I've started to design a new house or building and thought to myself "if I only had a few more pastel fence pieces...they would look great with this house". Never again! I WILL craft extra, because, you never know!

That's where the biohazard towers come in :) They look fantastic, too, with the walls.

Yea, those were my favorites as well. Sadly, I keep running out of crafting materials for the Spooky grove.
  • its always good to have a variety of different walls for later use

Judging based on this years attitudes, I'd say we're in for Christmas whining...not madness, no matter how good the event actually is :D

  • I decorated my town and now I sit idling in a town of 7200 decorations...

I really hope for a decent event after this...

  • Aside from what was needed for tasks I only crafted the few things I wanted no matter what else I did. Burns Alien skin, Kodos, Hugo, the 3 Building skins, and a Wailing Wall. Stayed with just those until now where I'm going through and using up the materials I have stocked up before they go away. All brains are going to wailing walls, bones to biohazard walls, eggs to spooky walls, and I still need to check what I'm doing with the bunny ears.

Yeah it was THIS decent event that's driven my town up to 7300.

I'm very happy with my hedge maze that's well over 100 pcs, my CoC building, where CoC now stands for Castle Of Cash! because the roof is made of over 50 wailing walls, 3 dozen spooky walls, about a dozen sheds, half dozen tents, and a whole patch worth of pumpkins!

Oh, don't forget the 100 donuts! What a great event!
