Didn't mean to cause any panic. It was/is just really weird. My prices are still 23% more and when I go to buy a golden scratch ticket it only gives me an option to buy in euros which it then says "Purchase currency in not supported".

No panic caused, LOL.......It is weird that your currency comes up in Euro- try putting a request at EA.com for support, maybe there is something that they can tell you to do online here that will work to reset your currency.

The following is just totally a wild thought, by a technology-challenged person:

Is it possible that somehow your android got set to the wrong timezone? Did you do anything to your settings? Is that something we set for ourselves, or is it the Big Eye In The Sky that knows where we are ?

It's a good theory but everything is up to date. Even tried logging out and back in.
I think I'll take battkatt's advice and contact EA support.
It's very funny timing since I never buy donuts and now because of Christmas I will be able to (hopefully.)
