How am I ment to get these maps to send characters on jobs?

Patience, patience and more patience. It generates a map every 8 hours so realistically it’s two days to unlock 3 maps and 1 deed. So you can unlock a new plot of land once every two to three days depending how active you are. Or spend a lot of donuts to unlock!
