Are there any items gone forever?
Hello folks, I had a curiosity about houses and buildings I've never seen except on other people's towns. I've looked and looked. Are there items that are just simply... GONE? like, forever? No longer...

I've always used the "Select" and then "Sell" features to determine the name of an item in my Springfield. I hope that is what you meant by "reveals the name".
Actually. I was referring to all the other things I don't have, things I see on other people's towns that I've never seen. Many of them have a sign or something saying what it is, but many don't. For example...

This looks kinda like a slum tenant building but I have no clue. And I want it! ?
The top one is a Monsarno building from that event and the bottom one I believe was from one of the Superheroes events but I don't recall it's title
