Item Limit?

Wow I don't even know where were all these posts I made. Thanks for digging it out again @Muhsterino

So 1 item does not necessarily count as 1 item, how is that even fair???
Things We Would Like To See, how about an icon so when we tap or store an item, we can see just how much they are, rather than blindly storing and redesigning then doing it again 5 minutes later.

Thanks for the threads Muhsterino. I was surprised to see that a lot of the zoo items don't count as one item each.

My zoo is pretty big too. Its actually the last big design I was tinkering with. Here it is with Krustyland

It was increased by 1000 extra items in the Halloween event but the last time it was increased was early last year. It's highly unlikely but we might get lucky and EA might increase it again with the next update.

THOH 2020 saw a rise in the item limit, from 13,000 to 14,000.
The previous increase, from 12,300 to 13,000, was over a year and a half ago.
I wouldn't expect a further increase any time soon.
If you've gone past the many warnings and hit the hard limit you'll need to consider storing some items in order to use others - see the earlier post from Muhsterino in this thread for details on things that have a bigger impact on your item count, like roads don't count but put them on water and they do

Most definitely more land, especially if it is in the Springfield Heights area.
