Are you a good neighbor ?

During special events every day, otherwise nearly everyday. I'm always playing for donuts (25+ exp. per visit). There was a time around WD when it took around 20 seconds to load when visiting friends, each friend, both entering and leaving a neighborhood. I quit visiting during this time.
