Average .....

I was lucky. I joined, was active and in a week I was promoted. It's just about being active when promotion day rolls around. I think it's the 22nd of every month??

Edit: just checked my pm, I joined on the 13 th got the promotion on the 21st. So I'm not entirely sure if promotion day is every 21st..
