This kind of depends on what you like. I have enough buildings and skins that don't get used that often so I'd say go for Booberella.

I had the same dilemma and went for the Heck House package. Gives Flanders a long outside task - and although I could have done with another character I didn't think Boobarella without a building was tempting enough.

I vote save them. Of your 3 options, the only one I have is Booberella. Bad Dream House doesn't really appeal to me and Heck House skin is goofy.
