Bad Dream House - Heck House - Booberella?

Bad dream house: best looking building of all time, but it doesn't have a permanent task to show its beautiful animation.
Heck house: Useless skin for the church, but it comes with Devil Flanders, that's probably the best halloween skin after witch marge (and possibly UBO)
Booberella: I don't particularly like this character, but it's still a standalone premium character with quests.
