I only have 2 in my town and placed them both
Edit. I checked my inventory and found a third one I didn't kow I had. Put it in the town and problem solved. I'll store one of the others.
You might have gotten extra Krusty Burgers and KEM from the Redwood Tree questlines.
Quite possible. I seem to remember getting more of those buildings a while back for some reason now that you mention it. Finished the redwood quest a few events ago so probably just forgot about them.
