I know. I meant next to his skin in the inventory after winning it from the wheel. E.g. homer with his skin from santas village that makes him premium. And if I remember well right now Mr. Plow also pays premium.
@Arturo: I am at end of progression level 37, I dont really need the money I would get from him being premium. However I am disappointed by not getting it. It reduces him from premium to standard. And it is not in line with the other characters and skins (as just said like homer and santas village). And I do like Barneys tasks :)
