Bart Crusoe Part 2 (unlocking Bart's Treehouse) - Stuck, please help

Strange kind of glitch you've got there.. The church is much later than the treehouse, and right after Milhouse and Lisa goes to school you should get prompted to build the treehouse. Lisa or Milhouse...

Try storing the Simpsons and VanHouten houses and then bring them back out. This resets the characters. It has worked for others so I hope it works for you.
