Bart skateboarding
As far as I'm aware it hasn't changed. I don't use it anymore since his R-rated movie sneak pays out more if I do the 3 hour instead (on those RARE occasions I use 4 hours). But since I have Kamp Bart, I use him all the time for money jobs.
However, Bart's been in KL and only has come out to golf and trick or treat. Then he went back, but now he's out to help out Dolph and Nelson.
I used the skateboarding task a lot more earlier in the game and I remember him cruising like that.
