If you want to know exactly what your "hidden" XP bonus % is:
1) Build a Kwik-E-Mart and record how much XP you earn upon completion.
2) Divide by 20.
3) Subtract 100.
4) Subtract your bonus % from the conform-o-meter.
The result is your "hidden" XP bonus % from the Springfield Heights buildings. The measurement can also be done a lot more quickly (but slightly less accurately) by buying a $1000 dumpster instead of KEM at step 1 and then skipping step 2.
The beach hideaway is somewhat different, as each part has bonus $ and XP which does show up in the conform-o-meter.
