Being able to rotate everything a full 360 degree's

I have only been playing for months but does anyone else feel that we should be able to rotate everything a full 360 degree's to make it a little easier to put stuff into place how we want it instead ...

There are lots of people who want this feature. Personally, I think it should be severely limited (fences/walls, little else).
