Really like all of them, but I'm going with D. I like the cemetery and the whole layout.

The cemetery set up reminds me of a war memorial.

I like the cross in c but have to boat a just for the easy access baptismal waters. That and I think I've seen that same layout in real life somewhere. Some abbey I believe...
