BEST event ever.
Halloween is my favorite event and 2013 was the best of three IMO.

I almost left it off, since it took the title of worst event twice, but that wouldn't have been very democratic.
Anyway, I voted for Stonecutters. I thought the daily "puzzle" task was a brilliant mechanic, I loved seeing all the building animations when they were being spied on, I got about 100 donuts during the course of the event, and "Homer the Great" is my favorite episode of the Simpsons so I loved all the content.
