BEST event ever.
Halloween is my favorite event and 2013 was the best of three IMO.

I started playing while Halloween 2013 was in full swing, so I would consider Christmas my first event... (well, first full event)... but Stonecutters has been my absolute favorite for all the reasons mentioned by others. But Halloween 13 & Christmas 13 round out my top 3.
