I would go with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. My wife has the Tab 3, and I have a Tab 2. I can load hers, clean all handshakes, synchronize and exit before my town even loads. Mine has a single processor and hers is a dual. The Tab 4 is quad and should run it great.
Soon, I will upgrade as there is such a visible difference. Also, I have A LOT in my town while hers has about 1500 items less.
