Better luck with better odds?

I cleared it in my main town at 95K pre-odds change. I haven't cleared it in my feeder town, but, since the odds changed, I have helter Shelter, The Ice God and Claus Co (as of 3 minutes ago!)

I finally cleared the wheel today and got the Clausco at 185,485 cards. I decided to purchase Candy Kevin before the end of the event. That was the last action I did just before spinning and winning the Clausco.

6 spins later and still no yeti. I think I'm about 40 spins in for my last prize. I'm not worrying about it, I have the stuff I wanted.

Cleared the wheel yesterday in my bf's account (he was at work, I was being nice and going to neighbors!)...he's been trying for weeks to get Plow King, and with the new odds I got that and Helter Shelter in 5 spins!

I cleared last week with the old odds, so now we are officially done with the Christmas update in this household!

No change in luck. Almost 140,000 cards and still need Claus Co and yeti.

Think I won my last prize (Claus co.) on the 8th. Did a happy dance like I won the lottery. Had to stop and wonder at my state of mind and priorities that would allow such elation over the acquisition of a digital building.

It took me 132,538 cards, but just now I finally got that Yeti!!

I can go back to tapping crops, the stage and Channel 6 in my neighbors' towns again! I started tapping the SP tiles again after I got to the point where the Yeti was the last thing left: since about two days after Christmas. And I've been tapping corn in the town of the one neighbor who has it.

I can't help wondering something about corn, tho: considering how long it takes to grow, you can't really afford to have all that farm downtime until you're already pretty flush with cash from other sources and don't need the big corn payout anymore. I'm also afraid that if I try it I won't get the timing right, and I'll end up losing my crop to a major update a few days before it's ready to harvest. :roll:

People are still trying to get everything? There are two tricks I found that worked. 1. Put the item you want two spaces below the clicker and spind it. It usually landed on that item. 2. Put the item you want opposite of the clicker or one space below opposite and spin somewhat softly and it tends to land on the item. These are not guaranteed to work 100% of the time but they did 95% of the time for me.

My luck hasn't changed much either. I have been spinning multiple times every day and still no helter shelter.
I think the odds only help those who have a few items left, not one item. Right now I feel like the odds change didn't do anything for me :?

Better odds my a**. Bought 20 more spin tokens (50 total since x-mas started) and still no luck. Have just settled on the fact that I wont win the last 3 prizes on wheel (2 buildings and the Bumble). Just broke 90,000 gift cards but This da*n wheel of frustration just doesn't like me. I just want this X-mas update to end so I don't have to be frustrated with the game anymore.
