Yes, with the level 37 update their payout has been changed to double the premium rate.

As of the new level 37 update, Sherri and Terri now earn double the premium rate. Even though they are treated as one character in the game, they earn twice what another premium character earns (200% premium rate). For example, their 1 hour task now earns $210 and 52 XP, and their 24 hour task earns $2000 and 450 XP.
I’ve considered them to be expensive for what you get (high donut cost, no building) but double earnings does make them better. For the price of 150 donuts, and now seeing as they earn money like seperate characters, this means they are a very rare addition to any Springfield!!
