I would love the building that makes donuts! Do I get it when I buy 900 donuts or do I start rabid one and work my way up by completing each step?

3. Lard Lad Donut Factory - Do I need to go through all the steps starting with buying 12 donuts, or just skip to buy 900 to get the donut making building? I don't want to spend the money for 900 donuts and not get the building!
