ok the quest is database's.
but THENNNNNN in Akira's quest a bit later..
you can do his 3 jobs
re-pot bonsai
plant bonsai
prune bonsai
and when you do those 3 jobs... guess what...
YOU GET ONE MORE FOR FREE!
every time!
and it seems database can do it too. dunno if it's just for that quest or it's forever, have to finish the quest yet
