As a matter of fact, there isn't even a price listed on the Magic Scratch-R.
You should know if you were charged, unless you have your device setup to make purchases automatically without a password. If so, you should get an email from Apple or Google etc. stating that you have made a purchase and the amount - whichever account you have linked to make purchases with.
