Hello all. I bought the magic ticket I won 300 donuts but then I couldn’t sent Lisa to the next task and my donuts disappear how can contact EA?

You should know if you were charged, unless you have your device setup to make purchases automatically without a password. If so, you should get an email from Apple or Google etc. stating that you have made a purchase and the amount - whichever account you have linked to make purchases with.
I also didn't know if I was charged even though I have the set up the confirmation prompt for donut purchases. It hangs at the purchasing... ka Ching part. I did put a ticket up with EA but this is a real bad glitch.
Sorry for my confusion; is the Magic Ticket a cash purchase, or a donut purchase?
