Hello all. I bought the magic ticket I won 300 donuts but then I couldn’t sent Lisa to the next task and my donuts disappear how can contact EA?

EA returned my call. They are aware of the problem with missing donuts and have a team working on it. I was advised that it should be resolved in the next 24-48 hours.
