Bridges & Nuclear Plant
To make bridges, you have to put a river under the road, and the smoke coming out of the nuclear plant is there because they have mole man and one of his jobs is to clean the plant. Hope this helped :)

- You can put rivers under roads?! Well that would be much better then ignoring roads to my plant and just surrounding it with a river (which by the way crashes the games -- if you surround a building with rivers, then send someone to it, when it finishes the cycle, and they try to get out, the game explodes in a giant fire ball where everybody dies. Except for me. You know why?)
