Bug: last 1 to 3 of each day's 90 rayguns don't drop

Question

I didn't notice it with the probes, but definitely noticed it with the ray guns. At first I thought maybe I mistapped in a previous neighbors town, but after the third time of only getting the ray gun from 2/3 taps on my 30th neighbor, I knew something was screwed up.

I tracked it closely and never saw the count go down after shooting any UFOs.  The last tap always fails to drop rayguns, regardless of how many UFOs are shot down that day (even 0, when I was saving ammo at the end of the probe phase).

Yeah, I noticed it in the probe phase. I only get 89 per day instead 90. Luckily not a big loss.
