Yes, it also happens with the Legs&Louie joint task, and with the Comic Book Guy & Agnes joint task. It also happens a lot with the Rich Texan's Mechanical Bull task.

I still like to pretend that the rich Texan just gets thrown off the mechanical bull. Can anyone ride one for 12 hours without being thrown off ?
Seriously what makes these tasks glitch is bringing something out of storage and moving a building. Did I forget anything else that disrupts? Whacking eggs in your own town used to do it too. If you keep that in mind tasks can finish.
