I have 100 friends and I was able to access about 20 of them. So far I haven't even got the arch. I'm thinking about just going to a massive 13x13 blue house farm and seeing how many donuts I can get...

Turn off the game, double tap home to quit it, restart. You should be able to access more people now. EA is slowly working though each person.
