Can’t find double, triple rail pieces

If this is what you are referring to, it depicts the number of pieces you get (1 random track piece, 2 random track pieces, etc.)

Those are not double and triple rail pieces, but rather, represent 2 pieces, and 3 pieces of rail that you will be given. The pieces you will be given is random.
