Cannot tap on Maggie?

Maggie is never tappable when she is on the grade school steps for me.

I had a problem this morning with Maggie. I tapped her, she went off on her balloon but I never got the money you usually do when you find her.

Did this happen to anyone else this morning?

This has happened to me 3 times. I used to be able to get her off school steps.
