Yeah, I had it too. Now I clear all bunnies from my town before harvesting and I havn't had this problem since.

It's not a glitch. Your town can only have a max of 40-50 bunnies I think at anyone time, so if you havnt caught all your bunnies before releasing, you may get none at all, it's had been stated about half a dozen times in this thread.
Clear your town of bunnies before collecting your carrots. How is that a glitch?
