Cause of Harp Glitch...Tell me if/how I'm wrong.

A large amount of gamers got the Harp glitch after the mini update on the 15th. This update was a software change affecting amount of xp needed to gain bonus levels. I know these are the same pics, but if you note the day of the post, you will see how the software changes took effect in a device that didn't end up glitched.
