Yea, whatever the total was... I think it might be a combination of Building completing in conjunction with leveling up. I was fine at level 26 after building Burns manor. Yet when I completed wiggum house, THAT is what set me over the bonus level, hence the next time I went in. I got the glitch. I think if the completion of that building would NOT have sent me into bonus, I would've been fine... IMHO
