Cause of Harp Glitch...Tell me if/how I'm wrong.

Now on day 8 of the harp freeze (playing on both ipad 1 and ipad 3). Wish I had some other device like iphone 5 to get out of this hell. Crashes back to home screen at 14 minutes on the ipad 3 and about 7 min on the ipad 1 which makes me believe that it's a memory function. I maybe, just maybe could get out of this if I wipe my ipad 3 clean and try it, but I'm not so keen to do that for a game that should be fixed already. Sigh.
