- Homer is the one with the most iconic outfits, so that's why he will probably have the most. I'm sure in time other characters will get some.

I think that they make all of the skins for Homer because he is the starting character. That way, everybody can get his skins.- Agree completely with dcline, now that I have Mr Plow I won't be spending any more doughnuts on costumes for Homer.
