Totally agree with both aidx & Bukka|keSamu's comments. She may also be brought back as a Premium Character at some point.

If you have the spare crafting currency then I'd definitely craft her, funny storyline and great visual tasks, also I'm sure next time you see her she'll cost donuts, go for it and get her for free.

Plus the flag comes with a small 0.25 multiplier. Like others have stated, crafting a task-able charecter is basically a no brainer

100% worth crafting.

I crafted her the day she became available, her visual task is awesome!
