I've seen it only a few towns, it's not that tall and kind of a let down for its price tag

I’m not really a fan of that building to be honest. It reminds me of something else so if I get it I’ll follow my rule (have at least the double amount of what you are going to spend) and probably “hide” it behind the chocolate factory.
