No, it's just the tap radius that increases. Sadly we still don't know at what point the maximum tap radius is reached. I'd love to know when leveling up more becomes useless!
Barty It's Cold Outside awards 100 event currency each part (6 parts total) for upgrading to a set level. This goes to level 20 according to the walk through. Maybe level 20 is the place to aim for?
