When you're given the snowman missions that take 5 or 6 characters, send 1 less person than what's required. Then come back with a full crew for round 2, because they're all earning christmas hats. You'll have more event currency when you're finished than the players who rushed to finish each job all at once with the first crew.
Are you sure that additional income of hats will be taken into amount? I used to send all available characters on Snowman tasks (both ways: like you suggest and all together at once) until I noticed that even if there are 6 persons working on a task meaning for 4 people only income from those 4 will really count.
I just tested this out: It DOES work. I got the full payout for all the characters on the second round - 104 hats.
I don't think we need to worry about not being able to finish in time by doing 2 rounds. Surely they wouldn't set it up so that lower level players who don't have all the characters couldn't finish.
