Christmas Event gingerbread mansion
You can't upgrade the gingerbread house anymore, because act 1 is finished.

Not sure why you didnt get a quest icon to follow for that one.
To be honest the mansion wasn't worth the effort. Having the house was enough, though you will have missed out on the event currency it would have generated.
