They might but many of my friends haven't updated yet by rushing the building with donuts..and I suspect most of those that have are still waiting on their own neighbors to catch up... I will say that when I tapped on my elf houses and Christmas trees I didn't get any presents despite the present icons. I presume that's because they started before the update and that subsequent taps will produce presents.

Still building the toy factory, so I do not know, but I love your Santa Doctor avatar!

Tap 'em all and let gawd sort them out...
